My name is Iana Ivanshina - I am the owner of LUMI.
I was born in Russia and moved to Oregon in 2018. Growing up, I learned the value of hard work and doing things properly, not halfway. That mindset stayed with me. I started cleaning in post-construction and during-construction spaces, where details matter and there’s no room for rushing or cutting corners. That experience shaped how I work today: careful, precise, and respectful of both the space and the people living in it.
What started as work quickly became something deeper, I found the process very satisfying, grounding, and rewarding.
What I Noticed
As I gained experience, I noticed two things being consistently overlooked:
Quality - rushed work, cheap products, and careless techniques.
High-level service - clients who wanted excellence were often underserved. I saw how often homes and spaces were treated as tasks instead of personal environments. That didn’t sit right with me. I knew cleaning could, and should, be done with more care, respect, and professionalism.
My Standard
That’s why I do things differently. I invest in great tools, professional-grade equipment, and proper methods.
I care about people, their time, spaces, and how my work impacts their daily life.
Every surface, material, and detail matters. I’m committed to continually leveling up my expertise, staying educated, and refining my standards - because quality isn’t optional, it’s the foundation.
Outside of cleaning, I spend a lot of time with my seven siblings, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to stay organized in real life. I also love drawing and running.
This isn’t just cleaning.
It’s high-level care, done properly.
